Operation Sceptre : Wed 20 May 17:00

Caerphilly Central Neighbourhood Team will be outside Trinant Shops on Wednesday 20th May 2026 between 5pm - 5.45pm. 

Officers are currently taking part in Operation Sceptre, a national anti-knife crime campaign. 

As part of it, we will have a knife amnesty bin so people can safely and anonymously surrender knives and blades. 

People transporting knives for surrender are advised to wrap and secure them safely before travel.

We will also be providing general safety and crime prevention advice, including home security, vehicle crime and personal safety.
